About EntryPoint and this policy

EntryPoint LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company providing candidate-screening services. Our business operations and recruiting are based in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information through our public website at entrypointworkforce.com and its business-inquiry form.

The website currently does not offer public applicant intake. This policy does not describe candidate-screening records or information handled through the CSE Portal. The business-inquiry form is not a job application.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name if provided, and message, including any information you choose to include in it.

If you correspond with us afterward, we also receive the information contained in that correspondence. This can include a marketing preference you communicate to us.

Company name is optional. Please do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account details, medical information or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

Technical and delivery information

Our website systems process connection and request information needed to receive website requests and operate the inquiry service. This includes processing your IP address during request handling.

The submission service uses a hashed IP-derived value for short-term rate limiting. Your visitor IP address is not included as a field in the inquiry payload forwarded through the delivery workflow.

We also process submission identifiers, timestamps, content-derived hashes and email-message identifiers to handle delivery, detect duplicate submissions and investigate delivery problems. A hash is a derived value; its use does not necessarily make the associated information anonymous.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries and discuss our services; communicate about potential business engagements; deliver submissions and maintain related correspondence; prevent duplicate delivery and limit abusive requests; investigate errors and maintain website functionality; manage preferences you communicate to us; and address applicable legal obligations or issues involving our records.

If an inquiry develops into a client relationship, additional records may be handled as part of that relationship under the applicable engagement arrangements.

Business inquiries and service providers

We do not sell or rent business-inquiry information or provide it to other companies for their own marketing, business development or other independent use.

Our website and inquiry-delivery workflow use Amazon Web Services, n8n Cloud and Google Workspace to host the website, process and deliver submissions, and manage email.

An inquiry passes through our AWS-hosted submission service and n8n Cloud before being delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox at info@entrypointworkforce.com. These providers process information as part of providing the services used by EntryPoint. Processing locations and recovery arrangements depend on the services and configurations used.

For this workflow, saving full submission payloads in n8n’s success, failure and manual execution history is disabled. The delivered inquiry email and delivery metadata are retained separately.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, a court order or other valid legal process.

Marketing choices

Submitting a business inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

We may use your contact details for marketing only if you separately choose to receive it. The choice is voluntary and does not affect your ability to submit an inquiry or discuss our services.

If you separately choose to receive marketing emails, any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact info@entrypointworkforce.com to withdraw that choice. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry or sending communications needed for an engagement.

Cookies and browser storage

The current website implementation does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

Our website code does not use cookies, local storage or other persistent browser storage to remember visitors or retain inquiry-form entries.

While you use the form, its entries and submission information are held in the page’s memory. This supports submission handling and retries. Short-term rate-limiting and duplicate-handling records are held server-side.

Our Cookies and Storage explanation provides additional details.

Retention

Retention varies by record type and service.

Inquiry emails and related correspondence can remain in our business mailboxes until removed. Durable delivery metadata can also remain in the delivery system until removed. Completing delivery does not automatically remove those records.

Reasons for retaining records can include responding to an inquiry, continuing a business discussion, investigating delivery problems, maintaining relevant business records and meeting applicable legal or record-preservation obligations.

Short-term server-memory records use configured expiry windows for rate limiting and duplicate handling. Their expiry is processed during request handling, and restarting the submission service clears those in-memory records.

Operational records and recovery copies may remain under the relevant system configurations and provider recovery cycles. Removing an active record does not necessarily remove every recovery copy immediately.

Where a marketing choice or unsubscribe request must be remembered, a limited preference record may need to remain so the choice can be respected.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS for website communications. The inquiry service includes rate limiting and duplicate-handling controls, and full submission-payload saving is disabled in the workflow’s execution history.

These measures help reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Please use the inquiry form for ordinary business information and avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

If you believe information submitted through the website has been exposed or mishandled, contact us using the details below.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose whether to submit an inquiry and whether to provide the optional company field.

Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to:

  • Obtain access to information about you or a copy of it
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information
  • Opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request

These rights are subject to the scope, conditions and exceptions of the applicable law.

To ask a privacy question or submit a request, email info@entrypointworkforce.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include enough information for us to identify the relevant inquiry and understand your request.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to act for another person. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers or financial account details as verification information.

Requests will be assessed under applicable requirements, including any identity-verification requirements and lawful exceptions to access or deletion. Where applicable law permits an authorized agent or provides an appeal process, you may contact us about using that process.

Children

This website is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children under 13. The inquiry form does not request children’s information.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

External websites

Our website may link to websites operated by other organizations. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy notices. This policy covers EntryPoint’s website practices.

Changes to this policy

We will publish changes to this policy on this page and update its date. If a material change requires additional notice or choices under applicable law, we will provide them as required.
