This explanation covers EntryPoint’s public website at entrypointworkforce.com.

Website cookies and tracking

The current website implementation does not set its own cookies or use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, externally hosted fonts or embedded third-party services.

Our website code does not use local storage or other persistent browser storage to remember visitors or save inquiry-form entries.

Information held while using the form

The inquiry form holds entries and submission information in page memory while you use it. This supports form handling and retries after an unsuccessful submission.

Your browser may separately have its own history, caching and autofill settings.

Submission records

Our submission service holds short-term records in server memory to limit repeated requests and handle duplicate submissions. These include a hashed IP-derived rate-limit value and submission identifiers or content-derived hashes.

The configured windows are approximately one minute for rate limiting and ten minutes for short-term duplicate handling. Expiry is processed when requests are handled, so these windows are not guaranteed deletion timers. Restarting the service clears these in-memory records.

Inquiry emails and durable delivery metadata are retained separately. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Cross site tracking

The current website implementation does not collect browsing activity across other websites or use cross-site advertising trackers.
